An absolutely 5 star experience from check in to check out. Had the pleasure to stay with my family for a full week to experience the many pleasures of Paros. Each adventure was only enhanced when we returned home to this absolutely magnificent property. The pool area with the many comfortable nooks and lounge areas, pool bar, loungers and reading chairs perched on top of the mountain overlooking Paros main bay is something else! 5 stars to KaiYa personal for going above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. The villa is nicer than the photos which is very rare, the view is absolutely stunning. Huge outdoor space, large pool, good facilities and great location. We loved it and can definitely recommend and will come back again another summer. The villa is perfect for two couples/small families as the space is divided into to small apartments/studios with a shared huge outdoors space. We have had a wonderful holiday at KaiYa. Everything was really great. The house was tastefully decorated, perfectly equipped (incl fully equipped kitchen and bbq), had a breathtaking sea view, and a beautiful swimming pool. Hard to imagine, but the place looked even better than on the pictures. The house and outside area were very clean; the pool was cleaned every day and so was the house. Fresh towels daily inside and at the pool. Nice sunbeds, dinner table and couches around the pool. The host, Daniel, was great and very responsive. Absolutely stunning place. Like arriving at a five star hotel. The location and view is truly breathtaking. The pool spectacular and super invited. You could not be in a better position for the sunset and enjoy the twinkly lights of the harbor below at night. The Pool and seating areas - there are many - are all insanely comfy and so well thought out. There is somewhere to enjoy for every part of the day. And we used them all. Including the brilliant bar. Amazing villa, stunning views across Paros, the outdoor space is fantastic, we couldn't have asked for more. We didn't want to venture out it was so good. Great for a group of people or family, excellent cooking facilities. The outdoor sofas are perfect to watch the sunsets go down. Pool was great. Daniel was super helpful, I would recommend using his restaurant suggestions, he also helped with car rental which was very quick at the airport. The cleaning service was fantastic. Fantastic villa with a great pool and outdoor area. The equipment is new, everything is there, from the espresso machine to the outdoor grill, nothing is missing, including bathrobes.
