KaiYa Villas Paros



KaiYa is situated on top of the hill on the northern side of Parikia, and it is close to the Delion Sanctuary of Apollo. The 5 Luxury villas, ranging from one to three bedrooms, provide a Cycladic authentic style that blends with an artistic cosmopolitan flair. The villas are built on 8,500 sqm of land which is nurtured by more than 350 trees, aromatic herbs and flowers.

Our villas have a sensational panoramic view of the Aegean Sea, an incredible sunset and it gives you an electrifying sense of the vibrating energy that Parikia offers.

The location allow our guests the ability to enjoy a tranquil stay and be close to the outstanding beaches and tourist attractions.
